Hi i'm undergoing skin treatment due to hyperpigmentation on my forehead and cheeks, doctor recommended for insulin resistance test and I have an insulin level of 19miu/l. So he recommended me to take glycomet sr500 everyday morning and night after food for 3 months. My question is "am I at a safe level or is it high? & post 3 months can my insulin levels again shoot up, I'm on a diet and I do exercise every day. Still, i'm not able to control my insulin so i'm taking these tablets.
